Biography

Laure Elkrief is hepatologist and Assistant Porfessor in the Hepatogastroenterology Unit in Tours University Hospitals, France.  She did her training in Hôpital Beaujon,France from 2010 to 2014. She worked in the Transplantation Unit in the Geneva University Hospitals from 2014 to 2019. 

She has clinical expertise in the management of patients with decompensated cirrhosis, vascular liver diseases, and after liver transplantation. Her research is focused on portal hypertension, including patients with cirrhosis and vascular liver diseases.
