Dr Wells is a junior instructor on the Master Program in Hepatology Research. She is working with Professor Alastair O’Brien at University College London and Royal Free Hospital on several active research projects, bringing current clinical and research perspectives directly to the module.
Dr Wells has a strong academic foundation with multiple peer-reviewed publications in the field of hepatology. Her research and clinical interests include point of care assessment in decompensated advanced chronic liver disease, portal hypertension and infection.
In her role as a junior instructor, Dr Wells can support students through online learning activities as well as coursework, helping to connect the academic theory with clinical practice.
